Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every set of PressPlay Nails you order! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated by emailing us at hello@pressplaynails.com with your order number and reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our product, but if your first set doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re covered by our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility:

  • Applies to one opened set per order
  • All other sets in your order must be unopened and in original condition

Timeframe:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for the guarantee.

How to Claim:

Email hello@pressplaynails.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The style name of the set you opened

 

Once approved, a refund will be issued for the opened set (minus shipping costs). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away at hello@pressplaynails.com with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Need a different style or shape? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Returns Address

Return instructions will be provided after your return is approved. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
