Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

International Shipping:


We do offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at pressplaynails.main@gmail.com for a custom quote and estimated delivery times.

Free Shipping

Updated 6/17/2025 - We provide free standard shipping on all orders domestically and internationally. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment using the carrier’s website.


Duties, Taxes, & Customs (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. PressPlayNails.com is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at hello@pressplaynails.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and items as evidence for your claim.
